Update to the post below!
After ranting and spewing all over my blog LOL I did finally send a reply and I think that we have finally reached an amicable solution :) so I feel sooooo much better :) :) :)

I'm glad you came to a decent conclusion. I'm also glad you ranted.. makes it better doesn't it? Oh, and apparently not everyone wipes front to back.. I do, but not everyone I asked :)
